- Providers can upload their entire patient database by sending them all a piece of content via CSV (an excel spreadsheet with a list of phone numbers “saved as” a CSV)
- Patients who chat or request an appointment are automatically routed to the practice/location/account in Florie from whom the content was sent
- Patients who request an appointment can indicated their preferred days and times, but the office can override this preference
- Appointments confirmed in Florie automatically text the patient and reference the provider by name for familiarity and brand purposes
- Florie confirmations allow patients to save the appointment to their calendar, chat or request a reschedule, and generate a reminder 24 hours before the appointment
